About the Project

In my role as manager for Customer Experience and Marketing at Human Interest, one of my primary responsibilities was building relationships with customers and telling their stories. This involved reaching out to customers, conducting interviews, editing transcripts, writing creative briefs, managing video production, and writing customer stories.
